In the Style of Monet

Monet started painting views of the rose trellis in Giverny in 1902 bu which time he was wealthy and successful enough to employ a team of gardeners at his home, which he had bought in the 1890’s.

I love the colour and dappled light in this composition.  Monet was still working on this theme twenty years later and it is easy to understand why.
